Shipping & Delivery
What type of packaging do you use?
Posters and prints are rolled with a protective paper to protect against dust before being packaged in a mailer tube, then sealed with tape for extra protection.
When will my art arrive?
Our team will process the order asap, please allow for approximately 5-10 business days delivery on all Australian based orders. International orders please allow 2 weeks for shipping time.
Please note due to Covid-19 our international shipping partners are expecting significant delays, therefore please allow additional 10-15 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
How much will shipping cost?
We have a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 for standard post Australia wide and a flat rate of $25.00 for international shipping.
Is my package insured?
Your order will be shipped with Australia Post, in the remote event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, unfortunately we don't not take responsibility for this. Any lost or damaged parcels can be dealt with directly with Australia Post.
