Returns
At KUKI we want to make sure we provide the best customer service and products, as all our prints are custom made-to-order it is not possible to be refunded for simply change of mind. We are happy to replace or refund your item, if your item if delivered faulty, or damaged in transit. Please if we can ask all our customers to email us at hello@kukiprints.com.au any photos of any damaged items or mailing tubes so we can further assist with the return/refund. Please keep in mind that colours may vary slightly from each screen monitor.
If your return is accepted, our team will contact you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please keep your mailing tube, this is how we would get the items returned to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note there are no returns on Gift Cards that are purchased from our online store.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, E-gift cards do not have an expiry date, and are non-refundable once purchased.
